Merry Christmas...
We had a Holly Jolly Christmas complete with fresh carrots from the garden, homemade Polish noodles and pork chops made from Tim's Grandmom's recipe, a brisk Christmas Eve walk around the neighborhood to enjoy the luminaries, Christmas Eve pajamas, a makeshift re-enactment of the Nativity, and presents from Santa... who could ask for anything more?

Your christmas looked nice and cozy. How are you still pulling fresh carrots out of the ground? Aren't you frozen over??
Yes. Tim and Sarah had to use some elbow grease and a little creativity to wrench these babies out of the frozen earth - but it was all worth it!
