... turn off Winter? Since my last post when we got our first real snow of the season the last week of January we have had one snowstorm after another. In fact it is snowing right now as I am typing this and it is the second storm since March arrived two days ago. I am ready to be done shoveling snow...
But I know that those of you who follow my blog do not come here for my words of (not so much) wisdom but that what you really want are photos, and so I will give you what you want:
| Sarah's snow fort after the first storm. |
| Claudia getting the mail. |
| Emmett likes to help shovel snow. |
| School can only be cancelled so many times... |
| Claudia organized an indoor picnic... shades were required. |
| Red cheeks from sledding down a neighbor's hill. |
| ... ditto. |
| The snow at the end of our driveway with a beautiful sunset behind. |
Our Virginia Cousins came for a visit over Valentine's Day weekend. We had a wonderful time hanging out and we even introduced them to 'Duck Pin Bowling'.
| Little Hannie enjoyed a milkshake at 'Smashburger' - YUM! |
| Emmett LOVED Uncle Tyler! |
| I LOVE that my children love books! |
| My own personal marching band. |
| No more curls... *sad face* |
Here are a few pictures as we cleaned up from Sunday's (March 1st) storm...
And finally a few shots from our Family Home Evening photo shoot to finish up this post:
This is what our back deck currently looks like. I think we will probably still have snow there in June.
Here's to hoping Spring is just around the corner!

Holy cow. That is seriously amazing... and kind of depressing for March. I love the picture of Claudia getting the mail--so hilarious!
