So, two weekends ago, my parents came into town for a few days before driving our Honda Accord, which they bought from us, across the country. We had a wonderful visit with them starting in Hartford, CT at the Mark Twain House followed by a trip down into the Secret Cavern just West of Albany, NY. The next day we headed to Troy, NY for a visit to the children's museum and a tour of the historic downtown area before saying our goodbyes. The visit was too short, but we were glad they could come at all.
The next weekend, Tim and I headed to Leola, PA (just outside of Lancaster) for the wedding of one of Tim's good friends. The girls stayed here with a friend of ours who offered her services - we are so lucky to have such wonderful friends! Thanks a million Jessica!!!!!
The wedding was fancy and fun, but the highlight of the trip was Tim's find in the local drum shop... he bought Sarah a kid-sized drum set for her very own. What a lucky girl!

I love the double drum set in your basement! (Aren't you glad you have a basement?)
