The Fourth….

Rain was forecast for our Fourth of July, so the girls and I celebrated one day early.  We bought some extra long sparklers and had a little evening photoshoot.

Claudia tried her hand at being the photographer.

This is our kiddie pool on July 5th.  Before the rain came it was completely empty...

The girls have been a little obsessed with pirates lately, so we grabbed some old cardboard, shiny wrapping paper, sequins and packing tape and created some awesome pirate swords...

Grandmom and Grandpa came back into town for a few days and we headed down to Mystic to celebrate Grandpa's birthday...
