So, Sarah and I got invited to a roller skating party for one of her friends and we had an absolute blast! It was a real challenge to try and teach her how to stay on her feet in roller skates when I was also wearing skates (for the first time in years), but we managed, even while doubled over in laughter.

We spent a lot of time like this . . . with her losing control of her skates and ending up underneath my legs and all tangled up (oh, and don't mind my crazy hair, I pulled it back in haste, and none of my so-called 'friends' said anything about it - they just took pictures of me to keep for posterity ;)).
Seriously, though, we had so much fun and can't wait to go again!

so fun!! your "friends" are losers. I hate when people do that to me. Always with food in my teeth. so rude. =) anyways, you guys look awesome. I love Sarah's tights. When Audrey is bigger I want her to be a little "lola" from Charlie and lola, with the cute tights and fun dresses.

Oh, she looks so big. Actually, she looks so skinny. :) I need to take Jackson skating. But I don't want to do it myself. I would be a mess. :)
oh, take me back to the days of disco skating! You were always at home on the rink. :) I was just thinking the other day that I should take my girls roller skating. But I realized I can only hold one up at a time.
Skating looked like lots of fun! I can't even remember the last time I went. I love Sarah's tights, and she is getting so tall! I still remember seeing her for the first time all bundled up and tiny. Its hard to believe that she's already four.
And thanks for the congrats, and we should meet up at a beach sometime. Being near the ocean should be a lot of fun, minus the cold New England weather:) Sorry about the pipe BTW.
I do love me some roller skating. I might even have rented out an entire skating rink for my 18th birthday...
